Flotop was founded in 1995 by John Brockliss. After nine years of running the business, John sold Flotop to Little Men Ltd. Owned by Mark Ralph and Kay Winegar. John continues to work for Flotop providing our clients with the benefit of his extensive years of experience.

Our goal is to develop the business and address the growing trend of the decorative market and the demand for under floor heating, while providing the core services of leveling and repair work.
